Rental Agreement...

All rentals must be returned by 6:00p.m. of the date specified in the Rental Agreement or a $10.00 a day charge applies per item. If the items are not returned, the renter is charged the rental fee plus deposit. All rental items must be returned in clean condition on the original hangers or in the garment bags provided. Lost garment bags are a $3.00 charge each. Financial resposibility falls on the person whos Credit Card or Check was used as the Security Deposit. This person guarantees Total Payment in the event that the initial payment method does not go through.

Damage on Rentals...

To ensure the Cleanliness and Quality of our costumes, Lost Eras closely inspects all rental items (before shipment or pick-up) for damage and/or stains. Please be careful whilst using our costumes to avoid such charges. PLEASE, no perfume, cologne, make-up or other kinds of stains or damage, as additional charges will incur. Renter must pay for any sewing charges, repairs or cleaning. If the costume is irrepairable, renter will be charged the entire deposit. NO REFUND. Cleaning and Damage Charges available upon request.

Returns on Sales...

All Sales Are Final. On-screen colors and styles are representations and may vary depending on your monitor settings. Lost Eras Costumes & Props reserves the right to substitute like products of equal value if the requested product is out-of-stock.

Lost Eras Ships UPS. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Shipping is completed on business days only, not weekends or holidays. Lost Eras ships all products INSURED to protect your purchase. Please contact us for more details.
